The foundation of healthy teeth starts in the pantry! You need to consume a number of vitamins for strong teeth and gums. There are also many minerals for teeth that you should be getting in your diet or via supplements. The easiest way to get the right vitamins and minerals to protect enamel and nourish gums is to start by eating right. Specifically, you should aim to consume a diet rich in these nutrients:

    • Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus.
    • Vitamin C supports gum health and tissue repair.
    • Vitamin K2 directs calcium to your teeth and bones.
    • Calcium and phosphorus protect enamel and maintain its density.

2. Maintain a Dentist-Approved Oral Care Routine:

This one might sound obvious, but consistency is everything!
